The respective organizer of the date poll is responsible for data processing.

2. Data Collected

MeetMate collects the following data:

• Organizers: Name, email address
• Participants: Name, email address, comments, date preferences
• Technical data: IP address, browser information, timestamps

3. Purpose of Data Processing

Data is used exclusively for conducting the date poll:

• Creating and managing date polls
• Communication with participants
• Displaying poll results
• Technical functionality of the application

4. Legal Basis

Data processing is based on:

• GDPR: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b (contract fulfillment) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f (legitimate interest)
• Swiss Data Protection Act (DPA): Art. 6 para. 1 (consent) and Art. 6 para. 2 lit. b (contract fulfillment)

5. Storage Duration

Data is deleted when:

• The poll is deleted by the organizer
• The organizer deletes their account
• Deletion is explicitly requested

You have the right to:

• Information about your stored data
• Correction of incorrect data
• Deletion of your data
• Restriction of processing
• Data portability
• Objection to processing
